From El Morro to the Cobblestone Streets: D&J's Magical Engagement Session in Old San Juan
It was an early morning in June when I arrived at Old San Juan, Puerto Rico, feeling excited and energized for my engagement session with Debora and Jorge. As soon as I saw them, I knew it was going to be a great day. They were both glowing with happiness, and their love for each other was palpable.
We started our photo session around El Morro Castle, and I immediately fell in love with the stunning backdrop. The castle's walls were a beautiful shade of blue, and the surrounding ocean provided the perfect complement. As we walked around, Debora and Jorge's excitement grew, and we were able to capture some amazing shots of them together.
After spending some time at the castle, we moved around the Old San Juan to take photos at other scenic locations such as in front of the majestic Hotel El Convento, Calle del Cristo, Caleta de las Monjas & Puerta de San Juan. The colorful buildings, cobblestone streets, and historic landmarks made for a gorgeous backdrop. Debora and Jorge were naturals in front of the camera, and their chemistry was undeniable.
As we snapped away, I couldn't help but feel grateful for the opportunity to document this moment and get to know them better. They shared stories about their relationship, their families, and their upcoming wedding. I felt like I was able to get a glimpse into their lives and see the love that they have for each other.
As the morning came to a close, we wrapped up the shoot, feeling exhilarated and satisfied with the incredible images we had captured. Debora and Jorge left Old San Juan with a newfound appreciation for each other, and I left feeling grateful for the opportunity to be a part of such a special moment in their lives.
I am honored to have been able to capture the beauty of their love and can't wait to see them on their wedding day. I know that their love story will continue to grow and thrive, and I feel privileged to have been a small part of it.
